Customer Service Representative

The purpose of the CSR is to support our customer base. The position is the first point of contact for new and current customers, which means in many ways you'll be the voice of our business CSR's serve as the liaison between customers and the company, resolving emerging problems that customers may face with accuracy and efficiency.
You are expected to be highly motivated, tech-savy, people person. We are a small start-up, so having a grwoth mindset is non-negotiable. This position requires multi-tasking and the ability to perform multiple different functions as neeced.
Day-to-day tasks will vary, but you will be dealing directly with customers for most of your day.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take phone orders, replacement orders and sample orders.
- Handle returns and refunds, customer complaints, and other issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Log all customer complaints into software and make sure escalations are handled properly.
- Communicate with the fulfillment, shipping, marketing, and other departments in order to improve order accuracy and customer satisfaction/
- Maintain high product knowledge in order to assist customers with inquiries and issues.
- Advocate for the customer within the organization.
- Respond to customer comments, direct messages, and other communication on social media channels.

**Requirements**:
- Huge bonus if knowledgable in Pickleball/Padel
- Experience handling Order (placement, tracking, returns and refunds)
