**Beckett Simonon** is a men's footwear e-commerce company serving the US market and we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our office in Bogotá, Colombia. We strive to deliver an extraordinary online shopping experience and a stellar service. Your goal will be to WOW customers daily with kindness and a caring attitude.We are a fast-growing company, and you will work hand-in-hand with the Co-Founders as well as with an experienced team in the lifestyle, fashion, and retail industries.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Develop creative strategies to improve the customer experience.
- Process refunds, exchanges, and returns.
- You can learn about customer insights and share them with the rest of the team.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- A person with customer service experience (more than one year).
- Eager to work in a fast-growing lifestyle company.
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and extremely organized.
- Analytical with the ability to make autonomous decisions.
- Adaptability and willingness to change according to the needs of operations or the team.
- Patient, creative, and positive (entrepreneurial mindset).
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) with exceptional writing skills.

**OTHER DETAILS**:

- For the time being, we are working from home a couple of days a week, so a good internet connection and a comfortable home office is a must.
- Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, and Wellness Bonus included.
- 9 AM - 5:30 PM. Monday to Friday
- Based in Bogotá, Colombia.
- Contrato a término indefinido.
