At Real Tyme Analytics, we’re seeking a passionate Salesforce Administrator who’s excited about technology and eager to join a dynamic, innovative team.

**¿What will you do in this role?**
- Design, develop, test, and deploy declarative-based Salesforce enhancements.
- Collaborate with project managers and end users to review requirements and generate functional specifications (e.g., Azure user stories).
- Develop test plans based on business requirements and execute manual test cases to validate solutions before acceptance testing.
- User maintenance (e.g., new user creation, role adjustments, deactivations).
- Basic platform customizations (fields, page layouts, dynamic forms, pipeline inspection, etc.).
- Process automation using Salesforce Flows.
- Managing organization-wide defaults, permissions, sharing settings, and role hierarchy.
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
- Ensuring platform security and effective data management
- Work with end users and IT functions to support Salesforce integration with other enterprise systems, such as SAP ERP and DWC.

**What we're looking for**:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM/Sales Cloud/Core Platform.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (current and maintained) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and core platform functionality.
- Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, security access, data validation, duplicate management, flows, and data import/export (using Data Loader or similar tools).
- Demonstrated ability to translate business logic into Salesforce declarative solutions (e.g., Flows, validation rules).
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration, API management, and system scalability.
- Experience with Cloud Architecture DevOps tools such as Flosum, Gearset, or Copado.
- Experience with the full project lifecycle and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Data Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
