Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Colombia Time)

Salary: 4M COP- 8M COP per month (Based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

As part of the Client Services / RevOps Consulting team, you'll play a key role in implementing and maintaining clients' Salesforce environments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring and updating Salesforce environments (user setup, roles, permissions, and security)
  • Implementing new features and customizing workflows in collaboration with RevOps consultants
  • Building and maintaining custom objects, flows, validation rules, and automation processes
  • Creating insightful reports and dashboards to help clients make data-driven decisions
  • Providing hands-on support to end users and troubleshooting system issues
  • Preparing documentation to help users make the most of Salesforce solutions

What You'll Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud), supporting a sales team
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (custom objects, workflows, Process Builder, Lightning components)
  • Experience with integrations, data management, and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • English level C1

Bonus Points For

  • Advanced Administrator certification or Platform App Builder or other advanced certifications.
  • Experience working in an outsourced or agency setting with the ability to collaborate with diverse client teams.
  • Experience specifically working with startup clients (between 50 to 500 staff)
