Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Colombia Time)
Salary: 4M COP- 8M COP per month (Based on experience)

We're now looking for a Salesforce Administrator in Colombia to support our Head of Client Services and become an essential part of our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of the Client Services / RevOps Consulting team, you'll play a key role in implementing and maintaining clients' Salesforce environments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Configuring and updating Salesforce environments (user setup, roles, permissions, and security)
- Implementing new features and customizing workflows in collaboration with RevOps consultants
- Building and maintaining custom objects, flows, validation rules, and automation processes
- Creating insightful reports and dashboards to help clients make data-driven decisions
- Providing hands-on support to end users and troubleshooting system issues
- Preparing documentation to help users make the most of Salesforce solutions
What You'll Bring
- At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud), supporting a sales team
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (custom objects, workflows, Process Builder, Lightning components)
- Experience with integrations, data management, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- English level C1
Bonus Points For
- Advanced Administrator certification or Platform App Builder or other advanced certifications.
- Experience working in an outsourced or agency setting with the ability to collaborate with diverse client teams.
- Experience specifically working with startup clients (between 50 to 500 staff)
