**Job Title**: Accountant **Location**: Remote **Job Type**: Contractor **Schedule**: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m - 5 :00 p.m. **Responsibilities**: - Manage **Accounts Payable**: Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and expenses, coding invoices correctly, and maintaining up-to-date financial records. - Conduct thorough research and verification of vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper capital and expense recording. - Maintain **Accounts Receivable**: Handle monthly invoicing, customer payments, unbilled revenue, and follow up on past due accounts. - Perform **reconciliations** for both Accounts Payable and Receivable and manage **Intercompany reconciliations**. - Prepare **Cash Flow reports** and **Sales and Use tax reports** for multi-state tax returns. - Participate in **month-end closing**, reporting trend variances and ensuring compliance with GAAP. - Maintain and reconcile the **General Ledger**. - Assist in preparing the annual **company budget** and **tax returns**. - Provide **administrative support** to ensure effective office operations. - Collaborate with related entities and internal teams on financial reports and discrepancies. **Education**: - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required). **Work Experience & Skills**: - 4-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger accounting. - High proficiency in **ORACLE**, **MS Office**, **QuickBooks**, with advanced skills in Excel. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with management and co-workers. - **Bilingual (English & Spanish)** preferred. - and substance-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees."** At ttg**, 'We believe in making a difference One Person at a Time,' **ttg OPT.
