**What you will do**
- Being part of the Monthly and Yearly Close Processes;
- US finance operations and research handling;
- US payroll processing;
- Data analysis of financial datasets;
- Closely work with Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable teams;
- Work with overseas team on consolidating multiple companies reports catching up a few time zones;
- Creating materials for upper-level management.
**Must haves**
- At least 1+ years of experience in US Payroll preferred in the IT industry;
- **Knowledge of US payroll structures and contributions**;
- Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills in English;
- Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English level;
- Knowledge of GSuite products, Google Sheets formulas;
- Strong analytical and research skills;
- Ability to work in both a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment and independently.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work with speed and accuracy.
**Nice to haves**
- Experience with Inova Payroll and/or Sage Intacct, Jira;
- Experience working with US accounting, and/or US finance operations;
- At least 1+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting preferred in the IT industry;
- Experience working within US entities’ financial structure;
- Ability to perform and adapt in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment;
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis;
- Commitment to professional and personal growth;
- Looker Studio, Power BI or Google Analytics or software alike.
