**OVERVIEW**

For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype and RingCentral.

This is a **Full-time**, **Work-From-Home** vacancy.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage
- Perform partial checks of the posting process
- Complete tax forms
- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and reconcile financial statements such as:

- Credit cards
- Vendor's and client's statement
- Bank account statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
- Ensure that your bills are paid on time
- Documentation and reports generation
- Regularly report to clients via-calls and/or video conference
- Other admin responsibilities as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS (Please submit a short video introduction and resume both in English)**
- Can speak read and write in English and Spanish
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Previous Virtual Assistant experience a plus
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience / certified with spreadsheets and proprietary software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Zoho Books
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- Strong drive to be trained and learn new skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong phone/video presence and experience dialing calls
- Highly organized, patient and is able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Committed to work a full-time job
- Comfortable to work U.S. Operating hours

**TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS**
- Functional and reliable computer/laptop with webcam
- USB Noise-cancelling Headset (recommended)
- High-speed internet connection (at least 15mbps wired connection)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,790,800 - $2,865,300 per month
