**Specialist, Client Onboarding**

Symphonic Distribution is a 100% independent music distribution and marketing company headquartered in downtown Tampa, FL and with offices in Brooklyn, Nashville, Denver, and Bogota, Colombia. The **Specialist, Client Onboarding **will work full time remotely in **Colombia **and will come with some really cool perks as well as ensuring that as an individual you have the proper work/life balance.

**Compensation: $2,500,000 COP Monthly (Gross)**

**In a Nutshell //**

The Specialist, Client Onboarding for Symphonic is focused on ensuring that clients have a good experience immediately after being accepted into the Symphonic family. This means you

are the first person that clients will speak to after sign-up. It is important that a new client feels welcome and is able to produce products as quickly while having a positive client experience.

The most vital first steps to ensuring we have a delighted client is ensuring their account is created quickly in our system. The next is to make sure they have no outstanding questions

or doubts about what to do next and how to upload and distribute content through our system. Help Symphonic ensure that every new client has a great onboarding experience and is on

the path to be successful

**What you will do //**
- Create accounts immediately after new clients are accepted
- Ensure that the queue of new accounts is at 0 or as close as possible to 0 by the end of each day, including additional accounts for existing clients.
- Familiarize yourself with Symphonic’s products and services so that account creation is robust and ensures all client expectations are met
- Utilize our CRM (HubSpot) to extract account specifications and amend data when necessary.
- Assist with contract management and ensure all clients going through your process have an attached contract
- Work with the Inbound & CRM Manager to do any additional clean-up efforts to both the CRMand/or the internal Client Management System
- Reach out to Client Managers when information is needed for Account Creation
- Create flows and best practices and communicate with deal makers to ensure all information across their pipelines is entered correctly and promptly.
- Create additional accounts (sub-labels) for existing clients to ensure their existing business grows.
- Regularly reach out to any clients that have not uploaded any releases (products).
- Back up and organize agreements after the account creation process for easy location and archiving.
- Carefully label and organize each and every agreement sent in for senior management and/or any other individual to easily locate and action if needed.

**What you need to have //**
- 1 year of related experience or training around systems and technology tools
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and/or equivalent Google Apps
- A strong work ethic and sense of urgency in your approach to daily tasks.
- Attention to detail Ability to speak, write and read English and Spanish fluently

- Bachelor’s Degree from a University
- Experience in the music industry, especially with other distributors, music publishers or YouTube service providers/networks
- Being highly organized
