**Job Title: Client Support Specialist**
**Location**:Remote (EST Timezone)
**Work Schedule**:Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM EST
**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide timely and accurate support to client inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain and build strong, positive relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Report on the status of client accounts, identifying any trends or areas for improvement.
- Actively promote new products and services to existing clients, enhancing their experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure client needs are met and to share customer feedback.
**Requirements**:
- High level of spoken English, with near-native proficiency.
- Proven experience in a client support or client success role, demonstrating a strong track record of improving customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A professional demeanor and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- A team player with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with advanced software relevant to customer support or CRM systems is a plus.
