Associate Contract Analyst will support proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. The position is based in Colombia, operating in a remote model.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:
- Administer, extend, and support standard and nonstandard contracts
- Prepare bids, processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data and maintains historical information
- Maintains contract and compliance administration in support of our pricing and contracts portfolios
- Coordinates with functional teams to ensure billings are issued, disputes are resolved and increase collection rates
- Assist with the implementation and loading of executed contracts into contracting system
- Assists in problem solving and resolution finding with Price Audits and customer inquiries
- Manage sales systems projects for future improvements and/or functionality expansions
**Required Knowledge and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
