- Main responsibilities:_- Play an active role as project lead and coordinator for HCP Digital and Data Omnichannel Engagement priorities - Pharmacists and Doctors 360 view and next best action capability solutions discovery and global digital commercial capabilities support- Collaborate with Digital Zone Lead Addressing Chage Request and Incidents escalated to Digital or with highest priority among the AMS Polaris Digital Functional and Technical organizations.-
- Interact with Global/Local Projects Technical & Business PMs ensuring project´s execution are on budget and timing according to plan for Socopac- Participate and propose improvements for local processes according to business needs- Support Digital Zone Lead on assessing and controlling local demands from Cybersecurity, Audits, DPRs and compliant requirements.- Keep Socopac Planner portfolio up to date on global projects-demands activities.
