Our client is a growing SaaS company seeking a driven, strategic, and hands-on **Head of Marketing** to take full ownership of marketing operations. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team with the freedom to execute, experiment, and scale. **What You’ll Do**:

- Own and execute the full marketing strategy across all channels
- Run and analyze A/B tests to improve performance
- Manage paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Collaborate with and manage freelancers as needed
- Drive performance marketing initiatives tied directly to revenue KPIs

**Who You Are**:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in SaaS or growth-stage companies
- Hands-on and resourceful — you figure things out without needing step-by-step instructions
- Strong skills in copywriting, funnel building, and paid traffic management
- Solid understanding of A/B testing, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
- Experience managing projects and freelancers across time zones
- Proactive, creative, and performance-driven mindse
