For the first time in history, FIs can partner with a single company to create, host, and manage their Digital Branch within one complete ecosystem. The** Jr. Project Developer**is an on-site, in-office, be-around-other-humans position in our **Bogotá, Colombia**office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the project development team with updates to client sites, including content updates/additions and low-level coding updates
- Assist the project development team with completing SEO website tickets
- Work with the client experience team to make front-end content updates to client websites
- Work with the client experience team to coordinate scheduling for marketing-related client website updates
- Assist the development team on client projects, as needed
- Have an understanding of various front-end languages (HTML, CSS, & LESS)

**What We Are Looking For**
- A basic understanding of front-end website design, website development, or an equivalent education
- A basic understanding of website development, specifically HTML, CSS, and LESS
- A basic understanding of how to implement user experience improvements using HTML, CSS, and LESS
- Experience using Squarespace or other CMS platforms is a plus
- Experience with WCAG 2.2 standards is a plus
- A basic understanding of code optimization for maintainability, scalability, and security is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team environment and respond positively to feedback
- Proven capacity to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, maintain composure under pressure, and deliver high-quality results with mínimal supervision.
