As a Lead Developer, you will be expected to lead by example, providing both technical expertise and team leadership. This is a unique opportunity to guide a team, ensure high-quality code, and foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of mid-level and junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and professional development.
- Drive execution of engineering deliverables with limited supervision, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, removing roadblocks to keep the team on track.
- Oversee the development of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, architecture guidelines, and project timelines.
- Participate in and conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams (design, operations) to translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions.
- Promote continuous improvement in software development practices and processes, identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and code efficiency.
- Design and implement software architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Champion Agile development methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and team ceremonies.
- Foster strong team collaboration and communication while ensuring successful delivery of product goals and milestones.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Senior Developer, ideally in a fast-paced start-up or dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers.
- Strong understanding of**software architecture, technology stack development, and API-driven systems.
- Extensive full-stack development experience, including front-end, back-end, databases, and APIs.
- Proficiency in AWS and SaaS development, with a focus on Enterprise-level solutions.
- Experience driving high-quality engineering practices, including code reviews and testing strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving, technical decision-making, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
