Job Title: Remote Social Media Expert Job Type: Full-Time Location: Remote About Us: We are a rapidly growing organization dedicated to natural living and wellness, and we are in search of an experienced, energetic, and creative Social Media Expert to enhance our online presence and drive engagement through our social media platforms. If you are a self-starter with a passion for connecting with audiences through digital platforms and have an affinity for the natural living and wellness sector, we would love to hear from you. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms, with an emphasis on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create engaging, brand-consistent content for all social media platforms, including interactive posts and videos.
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance on social platforms to gauge success and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with our Marketing Director to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Foster relationships with influencers in our space, managing collaborations and partnerships.
- Maintain an active presence on our social channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Stay current on social media trends and best practices, adjusting our strategies accordingly.

Skills/Preferred Experience:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Expert, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms, with demonstrated success on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Solid copywriting skills with the ability to produce engaging and persuasive content.
- Experience in video creation and a comfortability on camera.
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines, working independently to self-start tasks.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- SEO experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with influencers or managing partnerships is a plus.
- A passion for natural living and essential oils is a plus, but not required.
