Student Content Coordinator

**Job Description**:
As a Student Content Coordinator, you will assist in coordinating content that informs and inspires our target audience, working closely with our international Student Content Creators and colleagues in the USA. Reporting to the Social Media & UGC Specialist who is based at our London Headquarters, this role sits within the Kaplan International Pathways Social Media team. Support will also be provided by our regional team in Colombia.

Key responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with our Student Content Creators and ensure they have all the resources they need to produce content.
- Create weekly content briefs to send to Student Content Creators.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with our Student Content Creators to discuss upcoming tasks, answer questions, and offer support.
- Manage and filter all the content received and ensure it meets the brief.
- Liaise with the Social Media, Video and Editorial teams to ensure content is published to appropriate channels.
- Develop relationships with colleagues across different regions to identify content gaps that need filling.
- Identify growth opportunities within the programme.
- Support the Social Media & UGC Specialist with the Student Content Creator strategy and ensure objectives are being met.
- Track the performance of the Student Content Creators and identify areas of weakness.
- Assist with hosting training sessions to develop Student Content Creators' skills.
- Provide support to the UK Student Content Creators when required.
- Work closely with the Social Media team to ensure the content being produced aligns with our objectives and that storytelling is at the forefront of our content.
- Communicate content updates internally and with key stakeholders.

Essential attributes
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience in planning and coordination.
- Have 1+ years' experience working in digital marketing or with students.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a background in establishing effective relationships with students, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Engaging, with the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
- Hold a bachelor's degree.

Desirable
- A good understanding of the US higher education system.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital, content, and social media marketing.
- Experience editing video content to be shared on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
