Here’s an overview of your future role:_**
- Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Monday to Friday | 12 PM to 9PM COL time- Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home

**What do you need to succeed?**
- English level: C1
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a strategic mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Basic knowledge of creative tools and graphic design.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think proactively and contribute innovative ideas.

**What awaits you in this role?**

Administrative - 60%
- Manage Client/Employee Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
- Oversee General Administration tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, preferably with HubSpot experience.
- Support the Website Service Pipeline by monitoring payment status reports, ensuring no missed payments occur.

Marketing Coordinator - 40%
- Program content within HubSpot, WordPress, or other social media tools.
- Generate and deliver weekly reports to clients.
- No technical skills required, but foundational knowledge in creative tools and graphic design (Canva, etc.) is beneficial.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for creativity in marketing initiatives.
- Temporarily manage Social Media Accounts as needed.
