The Team and Job Summary

We are seeking an **Cloud** **Infrastructure Operations Manager** expert in **Azure** to join our Infrastructure Engineering team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Information Technology team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional Information Technology. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of Infrastructure Operations but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage a team of infrastructure engineers.
- Provide reporting and status of infrastructure systems.
- Build a team of infrastructure operators to manage Windows patching.
- Run the day-to-day operations of Infrastructure systems. This would include but not be limited to: Servers, Networking, Voice, and Access Control.
- Manage Team rooms and Office365 infrastructure components.

Required Qualifications
- Work experience with Azure Cloud is required.
- History of managing a team of operators/engineers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Room environments
- Knowledge of Networking systems including Meraki
- The ability to create a patching schedule with the business that minimizes impact to the business
- Strong Management skills
- An understanding of ITIL best practices
- English/Spanish Speaking

Preferred Qualifications
- Office365 Certifications
- Azure certifications
- ITIL Certification
- 3-5 Years of management experience in infrastructure

Physical and Mental Job Qualifications
- Must be able to be on call or work weekends or nights
- 20% travel requirements
