**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the design, build, and maintenance of our company's Azure-based infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Provide day to day operational support and security of the Microsoft Azure Cloud environment. Monitor systems and follow incident response procedures to ensure system reliability.
- Provide architecture review expertise to design and implement secure, scalable, resilient, monitored, auditable, and cost-optimized cloud solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate across a wide array of partners and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant Azure Cloud Services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards Stay abreast of Cloud and DevOps industry best practices and tooling, ensuring that our systems are up to date and optimized for performance and cost.
- Delivers executive reports on cloud cost consumption, forecast, cost optimization performance, and other key metrics.
- Understands and can deliver Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using industry-standard tools and services to ensure that infrastructure can be provisioned and managed efficiently and consistently.
- Design and implement continuous delivery pipelines that serve the purpose of provisioning and operating client test as well as production environments, with a focus on automation, monitoring, and rapid feedback loops.
- Bring in Continuous deployment practices to enhance our Agile posture, enabling us to quickly respond to changing business needs and customer requirements.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new system layers utilizing a first principles understanding of high complexity compute environments, ensuring that our systems are scalable, resilient, and easy to manage.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation, responding to incidents and taking ownership of system issues until they are resolved.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field is required.
- Strong leadership and team management experience with a proven track-record of individual development of team.
- You have 5+ years of experience in managing a Cloud and DevOps Azure environment with a strong emphasis on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), including Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and automation.
- You have strong collaboration and leadership skills to work with various development, infra and security teams to create and manage a next generation HXM Application.
- You have extensive experience deploying SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS services on Microsoft Azure cloud using native Azure services, as well as deploying infrastructure using Terraform.
- You have solid experience in DevOps/Solution Administration of Azure services, with expertise in Azure networking and security concepts.
- You have expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and optimization security best practices as well as a proven track record of automating the deployment and management of large-scale distributed systems with prior experience in ADO (and other CI/CD) tools to ensure consistency and scalability across hundreds of instances.
