**Accounts Payable Analyst**

Join **Trans-Pro Logistics Inc**, a dynamic and rapidly growing third-party Transportation and Logistics provider with over three decades of experience. We specialize in freight services across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, delivering exceptional transportation solutions to our expanding client base.

With our headquarters in Montreal and offices in Toronto, Calgary, Mexico, Colombia and Ukraine, we are now looking for a talented **Supplier Support Analyst**to join our team in Bogota, Colombia.

**Your impact**
- Manage and resolve supplier payment-related issues to ensure on-time payments.
- Act as a key liaison between suppliers and internal teams, fostering strong relationships through clear, professional, and timely communication.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate supplier payments via wire transfers, checks, or other authorized methods.
- Process supplier payment requests and expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain well-organized and up-to-date records related to accounts payable.
- Ensure excellent customer service through effective and respectful communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams

**Qualifications**:
Experience in customer service, supplier management, or a related role (minimum 1 year).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

Proficient in Excel and databases management

Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines

Fluent in English and Spanish. French is an asset.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00
