Headquartered in Montreal, with additional offices in Toronto, Calgary, Mexico, Colombia, and Ukraine, we specialize in delivering high-performance freight solutions across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Supplier Support Analyst** to join our team in **Bogotá, Colombia**. If you're eager to drive efficiency, support cross-functional teams, and build meaningful supplier relationships, we want to hear from you.

**Your Role & Impact**

As a Supplier Support Analyst, you will:

- Serve as a key liaison between suppliers and internal departments, maintaining professional and timely communication.
- Manage and organize accurate records related to accounts payable activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze vendor account statements and provide accurate, timely payment updates.
- Verify submitted information carefully to ensure precise responses and build trusted partnerships.
- Investigate discrepancies in invoices and resolve any issues related to payment processing.

**Your Qualifications**
- **Minimum 2 years** of experience in customer service, supplier management, or a related function.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities to resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in **Excel** and experience with database management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and attention to detail.
- Professional fluency in English (required for both interview and CV submission).

**Position Details**
- **Location**: Bogotá, Colombia
- **Schedule**: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- **Start Date**: Immediate
