Aggregate reporting and analyzing supplier spend, contract and performance across business lines and providing insights to cost management and contractual commitment opportunities. Support the scheduling of supplier relationship management meetings (ensuring all the internal and external stakeholders are included), including documenting meeting minutes and action items are captured and track to closure. Support the creation and aggregation of supplier scorecard information as it pertains to the Bank’s external supplier relationships, and enterprise‑wide coordination of supplier relationship activities across Business Lines and Functions. Support the creation of the supplier 360‑degree view by understanding how the supplier performs across different product / service areas within the Bank aggregate information and share insights with stakeholders (i.e. GPS Category /Sourcing Managers). Prepare decks and presentations for relationship meetings, provide key supplier metrics for reporting to Enterprise Third Party Management Program Team. Support the coordination of tracking and closing of supplier issues and incidents that are escalated, ensuring all key stakeholders are engaged and informed. What do we offer you? Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field; master (MA or MSc) in business or related field preferred. University degree and postgraduate qualifications, or equivalent combination of education and Supplier management experience. Demonstrated ability to build sustainable, transparent relationships / partnerships Extensive experience managing and coordinating internal and external stakeholder groups for proven service delivery.
