We are seeking a Chief Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer to head our team in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks. As the Chief QA Engineer, your role will involve ensuring thorough coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements by reviewing software requirements and converting them into detailed test cases. Your deep understanding and knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and functionality will be key to your role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks, using Salesforce-specific tools
- Review software requirements and convert them into detailed test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements
- Accurately report defects and communicate promptly with project stakeholders to facilitate resolution of issues
- Lead and manage the team of engineers
**REQUIREMENTS**
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and functionality
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar platforms
- Ability to conduct security testing, including penetration testing
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in English, with an Upper-Intermediate level of competency
