Quality Analyst

As the **QUALITY ANALYST**, you will be responsible for a the Control and monitor the quality programs in process and packing, traceability processes, PES program and Suppliers management. Guarantee quality standards accomplishment of finish product specifications. Guarantee the effective control of the quality budget and purchases orders.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- ** Control and monitor** the product evaluation system and quality assurance review program, through the daily product review, results registration and feedback to the areas involved. Identify areas of opportunity to close the gaps vs. the standards of product
- ** Assure corporate certification requirements** in relation to quality programs through learning sessions, documentation and operators trainings required. Support and attend the global corporate audits as follow-up to the total Quality System
- ** Control and monitor of consumer complaints** program and customers complaints, supporting the call center, the WILKE tool to answer consumer complaints and its samples replacement, update the weekly and monthly KPI and follow-up the company programs. Also control and monitor materials/ingredients program, ensuring the approval of new ingredients, and compliance with the policy in this regard. Ensure controls such as COA and audits in storage warehouses at reception
- ** Administrates traceability program** through the execution of traceability exercises with the guidelines OG global policies, develops reports obtained through the exercises and communicates the results and areas of opportunity to logistics and other involved areas
- ** Administrate the quality lab** in order to maintain the proper performance of the equipment’s (Planning & Executing the calibration and maintenance)
- ** Supports Safety and Health programs** through the execution of weekly Safety Seven/ Global observation and guarantee the Safety Environment into the Quality laboratory and participating in all the activities related with avoid injuries and the prevention of illness

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Professional career: Food Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Industrial Process Engineer, Industrial Engineer.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Quality roles
- Medium-high level in knowledge of office tools
- 1 year experience in manufacturing companies.
- Intermediate-basic level of English (B1, B2)
- Basic Knowledge in GEMBA, CAPA, Product Evaluation, Suppliers Management
