We are seeking a Data Quality Analyst, with a startup mindset, someone with strong ownership, solution-oriented mindset and appetite for data wrangling and collaborative pursuit of quality data. This position is 100% remote, based in Colombia, and will report to the Data Quality Manager.

**As the **Data Quality Analyst **you will...**
- Perform statistical tests on datasets to determine data quality and integrity.
- Run data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions, as well as cleaning data.
- Gather data from primary or secondary data sources to identify and interpret trends.
- Work collaboratively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to track data changes.
- Assess and communicate potential downstream ramifications of data changes or issues.
- Report data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs.
- Document processes and maintaining data records.
- Adhere to best practices in data analysis and collection.
- Keep abreast of developments and trends in data quality analysis.

**Who You Are**
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL) and Python.
- In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and tests.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of best practices in data analysis.
- Fluent in Spanish and English required.
- Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work.
- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor
