As an English Speaking Quality Assurance Analyst your task is to make sure our clients succees by maintaining the quality of their website. Keeping an eye on the items that negatively impact quality through your analytical capabilities improving the results for both: the final client and for the account. You will become the expert on the matter.

**Your role and responsibilities**:
Review and analyze the quality sample of the clients for whom it applies, to ascertain the accuracy with which the client qualifies Besedo.
Maintain constant communication with your manager, team leader(s) of the assignment, Team Manager, Client Partner or Assignment Manager to report trends that may be impacting the results.
To document the minutes with key trends and errors for socializing during monthly quality meetings.
Participate in weekly meetings with clients to stay updated on rules and changes in processes.

**To succeed in this role, you must**:
Live in Bogotá, Colombia.
Have an English Level C1.
Have high attention to detail.
Analytical thinking.
Planning and organizing skills.
Be flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
