**Descripción del empleo**:
**Role Summary**

Provides expert product and business consultancy across Experian products. Drives innovation, provides thought leadership in the design of products and solutions. Manages stakeholder relationships at a senior level. Resolves conflicting priorities to derive maximum value. Mentors and supports other consultants and colleagues. Elicit requirements and provide the best solution for the client that will realise maximum business benefits.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Proven functional lead or consultancy experience within the IT industry. Strong consulting skills - trusted by the business. Resourceful, demonstrating strong problem solving abilities aimed at delivering business benefit.
- Excellent knowledge of Credit Services and other Experian products and services or a similar level of domain experience. Excellent knowledge in the life cycle of a credit project (origination, collections, fraud detection, customer management.
- Experience in managing and coordinating the work of teams (virtual or otherwise)particularly with reference to analysis, design and delivery. Experience working with formal requirements engineering/gathering methodologies. Experience of playing a leading role in transformational projects or programmes.
- Wide variety of experience across the product development lifecycle. Up-to date industry knowledge with extensive IT experience. Demonstrable understanding of the principles of Software and Hardware architectures.
- Experience of executing the technical/product lead role on ITTs/RFIs. Experience of working in cross divisional / global roles. Experience in planning and organising billable work. Effective communication of propositions and solutions - both written and verbal.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. Develops excellent knowledge materials and promotes their adoption. Develops an effective and wide network of contacts, bringing together disparate networks across the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provides directive consultancy to the client, project and team and interfaces with teams outside of the delivery (e.g. pre-sales)
- A lead role in delivery projects and able to operate as 'Solution Owner' where required
- Validates, confirms and elaborates the client requirements
- Creates and owns the design of the solution to meet the agreed requirements and ensures any gaps/surplus are managed
- Works with Client representatives and senior members of the Experian project team

**Requisitos**:
**Qualifications**
- A Degree/Masters level qualification in a business or information technology discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced level of English (Written, Spoken and Listening comprehension)
