Responsable del diseño y alineación de la estrategia de trade marketing para el canal traicional de los países andinos, buscando una coherencia en todos los países y una estrategia mas acertada para nuestras marcas hacia el consumidor y el punto de venta. A través de a través de técnicas de exhibición, campañas de comunicación de marca, Ofertas de valor agregado, incentivos internos y externos y planes de Engament & Education, todo con el fin de lograr el objetivo de ventas, rentabildad y SOM de la compañía.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Experiência de mas de 4-5 años en compañias de consumo masivo
- Conocimiento total del proceso de ventas
- Experiência en trade marketing diseñando campañas enpunto de venta
- Conocimiento de pilares de ejecución y estrategia en el punto de venta
- Diseño de planes de fidelización e incentivos para fuerzas de venta
