**Responsibilities**:

- Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing growth opportunities.
- Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
- Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their delegated tasks.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
- Any other related assigned tasks and or duties.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced work environment.
- Ability in fostering teamwork.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Needs to be fluent in English.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Starting salary COP $4.500.000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Pay: From $4,500,000 per month

- Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
