As a **Back Office Specialist**, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Meets compliance protocols, both internal and external, following US government agencies’ regulations.
- Creates all documentation required for cargo export according to established guidelines, processes, and procedures.
- Must maintain an accuracy rate of at least 95%. 4. Opens files and ensures accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
- Performs pre-audit to each Bill of Lading against shipping instructions and rate before submitting the final Bill of Lading to our auditing department, using internal sources of information relevant to the rate selection.
- Ensures all shipping instructions provided by customers or the Traffic department are accurate and attached as PDF to each dock receipt and booking.
- Confirms that scanned paperwork, pictures, and documentation are attached to each dock receipt, booking and bill of lading.
- Maintains knowledge of changing tariffs, tariff rates, contracts, and special rates.
- Ensures communication is clear and detailed to limit delays or misunderstandings among parties.
- Communicates with supervisor to proactively ensure smooth production of bills of lading and any other export documentation required.
- Keeps skills current in the aapprinappropriately using relevantrmation and communication technology and other systems within the import/export function.
- Adheres to local and externally relevant health and safety/security laws and policies.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**: Studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered.
- Good Excel and Outlook skills
- **Experience**: One year of experience in administrative areas with administrative tasks, back office, or any other related would be a plus.
- **Language**: B2 or higher is preferred.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday, **8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.** and** two Saturday remote, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **following the American Calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**:On-site Medellín
- **Salary**: 2,200,000 Cop (After 6 moths 2,700,000)
