We are looking for a skilled **Senior AQA Engineer (Python + Robot)** to join our team in Colombia.
Our client provides software solutions for asset management, workplace management, and facilities management to help organizations optimize real estate, equipment, and physical resources by improving efficiency, compliance, and performance. We are working on a comprehensive Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) specifically designed for the healthcare industry. It centralizes asset and service management across healthcare organizations, aiming to minimize downtime, enhance equipment effectiveness, ensure compliance, and improve cybersecurity.
**_ Requirements:_**
- At least 4+ years of experience as automation QA
- Strong proficiency using Robot framework for automated testing
- Strong understanding of testing processes and Agile methodologies, especially SAFe
- Strong experience working with test management systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor junior QAs.
**_Nice to have:_**
- Experience with Python
- Familiarity with MS Azure
**_Responsibilities:_**
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated test cases using Robot Framework to ensure functionality, integration, and regression testing
- Design and implement API and UI test automation frameworks, making use of Robot Framework's keyword-driven approach
- Write custom Python libraries to extend the Robot Framework for specific testing requirements
- Collaborate with the development team to understand new features and ensure appropriate testing coverage
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members on best practices for automation and performance testing
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality standards for test code
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions
- Generate and maintain detailed test reports, logs and performance metrics
