El Rol

Buscamos un AI Engineer Senior que lidere la construcción de nuestros sistemas de inteligencia artificial. Trabajarás junto al equipo de arquitectura para diseñar e implementar los modelos que hacen de SaleADS una plataforma inteligente.

El foco principal será construir agentes de IA y trabajar intensivamente con Generative AI. También colaborarás en modelos de ML clásico para optimización y predicción.

Qué vas a hacer


• Diseñar e implementar agentes de IA para automatización y asistencia


• Construir sistemas de generación de contenido (texto, imagen, video)


• Desarrollar modelos de optimización y predicción para publicidad digital


• Implementar sistemas de explicabilidad (XAI) para decisiones transparentes


• Integrar IA con múltiples plataformas de publicidad


• Tomar decisiones arquitecturales junto al equipo técnico

Stack Técnico


• LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic, modelos open-source


• Gen AI: RAG, agentes, generación multimodal


• ML Clásico: Optimización, predicción, clasificación


• Infra: GCP, Python

Lo que buscamos

Requerido:


• 5+ años de experiencia en ML/AI engineering


• Experiencia sólida con agentes de IA y sistemas multi-agente


• Dominio de Gen AI: LLMs, prompting avanzado, RAG, fine-tuning


• Bases muy fuertes de ML clásico (no solo LLMs)


• Experiencia con imágenes y/o video (generación o análisis)


• Python fluido + experiencia con cloud (preferible GCP)

Deseable:


• Experiencia en publicidad digital o marketing tech


• Conocimiento de modelos de explicabilidad (SHAP, LIME)


• Background en optimización matemática
