We are searching for the best talent for **Clinical Demand Generation Lead**:
- ETHICON, to be in Bucaramanga or Barranquilla, Colombia. To assure the administration and strategy of the distribution channel in the regions of Costa and Santander.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Plans, develops, and directs all aspects of the Sales Organization based on sales targets and other goals and objectives established in conjunction with the Sales Manager
- Formulates and communicates overall objectives, policies, and strategic and tactical plans for the sales team in alignment with Geography, regional and global direction.
- Ensures effective implementation and execution of policies and plans to direct the growth of the Company, and to achieve both long-term and short-range objectives
**Keys tasks**:
- Sales and cost (OPEX) responsibility for the business
- Deliver the sales strategy ensuring profitable growth in excess of market and competition. In alignment to the franchise strategy, defined by Business Unit Director
- Coach, prepare and drive the sales team “to win” through rigorous selection, training, process organization, incentive schemes and personal development programs
- Develop strong relationships with and understanding of customers and opinion leaders.
- Represent the business at region, in the market, and at franchise management team
- Conducts business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirements
- Implements, sales and marketing programs within clinical stakeholders to grow company reach
- Partners with non clinical demand generation peers to develop appropriate account plans and implement aligned activities within our customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Education & Qualifications- University degree, required
- Knowledge of the medical device environment
- Extensive experience in the Health Care sector
- Bilingual English / country language
- 40-60% out of country travel required, 2-3 nights per week away from home
- Experience, skills and competencies- Strong drive and results focus
- Excellent at building and maintaining relations
- Team player and excellent coaching and leadership skills
- Proven self-starter with strong initiative, enthusiasm for details, and result orientation.
- Speed and proactivity. Quickly address issues and opportunities.
- Creative and open to new things.
- Well structured, focused & setting clear priorities.
- Skilled in Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
