**Job Description**:
As an HR Representative at Fulfillment Hub USA, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our organization. You will play a key role in managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and other HR functions to ensure a positive employee experience and support the company's growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and requests from employees and management.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork completion, and training.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication of benefits information.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and data privacy laws.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about HR laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Conduct onboarding process for new employees.
- Provide initial basic training for picker, shipper, allocator, or receiver positions.
- Handle payroll processing for all employees.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or coordinator role.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety programs.
