WHAT YOUâLL DO:
**The Human Resource Manager for RealPage Colombia**
**works directly with local leaders as a trusted advisor to provide full-cycle human resources leadership, aligning with business and human resources strategies, policies, procedures, and legislation. This position has primary responsibility facilitating positive management and employee relations in accordance with RealPage’s mission, values, and goals.**
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- ** Build trust and partnership with the leadership team to understand and execute the Colombia human resources and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs.**:
- ** Coach and counsel leaders to develop highly effective working relationships that directly support execution of RealPage objectives.**:
- ** Design, strategize and deliver programs and activities that drive an organizational climate focused on performance and engagement.**:
- ** Act as a trusted advisor and change agent to leaders by providing HR expertise on a variety of HR strategies and initiatives.**:
- ** Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and advise leadership.**:
- ** Provides support and guidance on complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.**:
- ** Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.** **Work directly with Business Leaders and company executives to continually create and update an organizational strategy that meets the continually evolving business requirements for that organization in a fast-paced competitive environment.**:
- ** Champion change management across the organization and drive effective talent assessment & development at all levels.**:
- ** Oversee Colombia HR Teammates and provide mentorship and guidance on HR concerns.**:
- ** Maintains compliance local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.**:
- ** Works with Global HR and Business Leaders to most effectively leverage our global footprint.**:
- ** Assists with ongoing training, onboarding and succession planning activities.**:
- ** Performs other duties as assigned.**
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- **Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.**:
- ** A minimum of 7 years of experience in a human resource management role, with preferred experience working at a SaaS company.**:
- ** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:
- ** English Proficency**:
- ** Strong business acumen.**:
- ** Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.**:
- ** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:
- ** Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.**:
- ** Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.**:
- ** Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.**:
- ** Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.**
