- Human Resources Management experience (2 years min)
- Talent Acquisition experience (1 year min)
- Advanced English level (C1/C2)
- Full-time availability (you are going to be working 35 hours per week)
- Multidisciplinary KPIs knowledge
- Availability and equipment to work from home (laptop and high-speed internet connection).
- Microsoft Office programs proficiency (**Excel**, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word etc.)
- Be a team player
**Responsibilities**:
- Hire promising professionals for our new available positions.
- Recruit professionals for high level positions.
- Support the team performance audit process.
- Create and deploy strategies to enhance the team's performance and follow up with each hiring process.
- Report team and individual KPIs on established cycles.
**We offer you**:
- Base salary of COP 2.5M - 3M COLOMBIAN PESOS (Depending on the experience and expertise) + Bonus on performance possibilities (Dollars).
- WEEKENDS OFF You will be working 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

- Direct contract with the company
- All the social and health benefits under Colombian law (the company will cover a percentage)

**About us**:
