Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory services including:

- GPO operations
- Domain controller maintenance
- Delegation management
- DNS management
- Bulk operations and reporting
- Performance, replication availability, security monitoring
- Certificate issuing
- DC patch management

Good scripting (powershell)

Very good understanding of the Windows Operating system

5+ years experience with configuring and managing Active Directory and Group Policy Objects configuration, and deployment in enterprise setups.

Managing and maintaining on-premise Active Directory services - directory management, sites and service management, domain controllers health and services, permission and delegation, and group policy

Managing Active Directory users, groups, & polices

Administration of VMWare, Citrix, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2019

Supporting critical network services including Active directory, DNS, DHCP, and Web services

Active Directory security administration. Planning and implementation of Security Policies

Scripting skills (including operations through code)

AD overall architecture and design

AD monitoring & tools

Understanding cloud services (AWS) and their Directory Services

Key responsibilities:
Autonomous management of the active directory domains and their dependency services.

Ensure minimum service disruptions

Resolution of complex incidents

Ensure documentation maintenance, L1 & L2 skilling

Drive change management process, assess risks and impact.

Assess AD related demands, propose solutions

Drive continuous improvement process.

Soft Skills:
Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills independently.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Team player with a proactive mindset.

Ability to coach junior colleagues.

Ability to adopt changes

Ability to respond to senior management and manage escalations

Experience working with multiple domains with minimum 20k+ users
