Our customers often reach out to us with a variety of issues, so the ability to think outside the box is essential. As an MSP, we offer a range of services, including cloud backup, digital IP phone servers, internet solutions, Office 365, cyber security, and much more. This is not a repetitive Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 job—it's full of exciting problem-solving opportunities with both existing and new technologies. Each customer's network is unique, so you must be focused and on your game. **Responsibilities**: - Active Directory - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Administration, Compliance & Security - Good understanding of Networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, Vlans, & Subnets - Good understanding and experience with Active Directory. - Must be able to work well independently. - Excellent communication skills, verbal and in written - Ability to work with multiple customers. - Advance English speaking and writing "Required" - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Relevant certifications are a MUST. - Experience with Mac Qualifications - In-depth experience with Windows Server - Azure and O365 - Active Directory; managing Group Policy, etc. - virtualization; VMWare/HyperV. - Firewalls and security devices - Switches and infrastructure - A clean, organized and detail-oriented approach to IT - 5+ year’s experience in IT related field - Ability to work in multiple client environments. - Attention to detail and follow through - Firewalls mostly Fortinet - Business Class Wireless Solutions - Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity, Acronis, Veeam - Remote desktop services - VPN solutions En Krove, como proveedora de servicios tecnológicos y soporte técnico, fomentamos un entorno de trabajo acogedor y positivo donde cada empleado se sienta valorado y capacitado para dar lo mejor de sí.
