Case Entry Coordinator (On-Site) Schedule: Full-time, On-Site About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Case Entry Coordinator to join our team. As the initial point of contact for potential clients, you will ensure exceptional service and a smooth process for clients and our team. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manages information. Key Responsibilities Client Interaction: Answer incoming calls and conduct professional interviews to gather case details. Data Management: Enter case details into the Needles database; update checklists and calendar entries according to case status; attach client, scene, and property damage photos to files. Administrative Support: Scan client documents; assist with case assignments to appropriate departments, attorneys, or legal assistants; order and evaluate police reports; enter medical provider and client treatment information; enter case parties and perform initial conflict checks. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of clerical or administrative experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software. Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute. Familiarity with case management systems (Needles preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Professional communication skills in English (written and verbal). Reliable and trustworthy in handling sensitive information.
