**Job Title: Project Manager**
**Location: Remote**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project risks, anticipate potential roadblocks, and implement solutions proactively.
- Track project performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between teams, clients, and senior management.
- Ensure that all projects comply with quality standards and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead teams, motivate stakeholders, and drive results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Excellent English communication skills** (written and verbal).
- Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certification is a plus.
