Estamos buscando un profesional apasionado por los retos y logro de objetivos para ocupar el cargo de Commercial Controller para nuestra división LID (L'Oreal international Distribution)
Tus principales funciones serán
- Construcción y Control de indicadores financieros como Sell IN, SO, Descuentos a clientes, Acuerdos Comerciales, P&L de clientes
- Asegurar la correcta implementación de los acuerdos comerciales y capacitación al equipo comercial para asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos de la compañía en conjunto con el equipo de Sales Administration
- Garantizar los impactos correctos en el P&L ; Siendo 100% soportado y en colaboración con el área comercial en los canales de la división dermatológica
- Garantizar la participación en las previsiones de venta generando las alertas necesarias al equipo comercial y el MACOM de la división
- Acompañamiento a las construcciones comerciales de cada presupuesto durante el año
- Asegurar la entrega y análisis de información financiera al equipo comercial
- Trabajar de forma estratégica con la dirección comercial de la división para la toma de decisiones
Cumples los requisitos
- Profesional en Administración y/o Finanzas
- Experiência de más de 3 años en análisis financiero, KPIS y manejo de equipo, P&L de clientes, Balances, estados de resultado
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Paquete Microsoft Office
- Excel avanzado
- Inglés Avanzado
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita.
- Proactividad y orientación a resultados.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
