The Financial Analyst reports directly to the Finance Controller. Interacts with all departments to coordinate Accounts Receivable and Payable, Sales Reporting, Sales Investment Control and Marketing.
Accounts Receivable Responsibilities: The goal is to provide the highest level of customer service while collecting delinquent accounts, investigating overdue balances, and determining the credit worthiness of our clients.
Accounts Payable Responsibilities: Coordinate all local Treasury activities, Intercompany payments, and activities with Third Parties (Payroll Consultants, Taxes, etc.).

- Knowledge in general Accounting.
- Knowledge of CO GAAP and US GAAP
- General knowledge of tax rules. Desirable.
- Intermediate-advanced skill in the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Advanced preferred.
- Intermediate English language management.
- Excellent skills to communicate internally and externally.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Management of some ERP. Oracle is ideal.
- Vocation and interest in accounting, Interest in research, Ability to question and criticize, Constant search for improvement-innovation, Willingness to work in a team, Ability to work under pressure, Ability to negotiate.
- People Management.
- Requires 3 to 4 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable and/or general accounting.
- Great analytical and synthesis capacity.
- Use of some ERP. Oracle is ideal.
- Proficiency in previous positions
Accounts Receivable:
- Process and registration in the system of Financial Credit and Debit Notes.
- Management of customer payments.
- Manage credit analysis for potential customers mainly.
- Track past due accounts.
- Analysis of BS and P&L accounts.
Accounts Payable:
- Coordinate and process payroll movements (high and low payroll, payment of salaries, grocery vouchers, savings fund, PTU, bonus, commissions, bonuses, etc.)
- Administration of processes related to personnel (insurance of major medical expenses, funeral, life and cars of the collaborators).
- Coordinate and process payments to suppliers, intercompany, services, employee rebates, corporate credit cards and compliance with current tax provisions.
- Report and analyze accounts (AP).
- Treasury. Support in the monitoring of Banking Facilities as well as Authority Limits. Manage registrations, cancellations, and credit limits for Corporate Credit Cards.
- Cash Flow Report.
- Verify Supplier Registration Process.
- Support in the preparation and control of contracts and employee files.
- Internal Control (monitor compliance with CXP and Purchasing policies and procedures).
Others
- Maintain close communication with the sales team to keep the portfolio healthy through joint plans.
- Work Cross-functionally with the commercial team for the good control of Sales and MKT budgets.
- Analysis of OPEX and specific reservations (sales, marketing, advance payments, etc.)
- People Management (1 contractor in charge).
