M&a Integration Technology Specialist

We are seeking a M&A Integration Technology Specialist to join our Technology Services team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the infrastructure team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional acquisition integration. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of managing M&A technology migrations, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in partnership with our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team, acting as an Infrastructure Services point of contact, and collaborate with other teams such as Cyber Security, Applications, End User, Purchasing, Project Management, as well as external vendors and service providers
- Be accountable for Infrastructure Services transition activities, ensuring that acquired Infrastructure assets and resources are smoothly integrated into the J.S. Held environment
- Execute a technology discovery process upon acquisition project launch, and work with the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team and external vendors/service providers to identify, address, and drive each task to closure within the planned timeline
- Own and maintain the Infrastructure M&A runbook, which documents the migration process
- Execute tasks defined in the M&A runbook and innovate to tackle exceptional situations
- Ensure acquisitions´ assets are correctly registered in J.S. Held´s Configuration Management Database
- Detect exceptions regarding current policies and operational frameworks, and work collaboratively with Cyber Security and other verticals to create customized solutions to satisfy business needs
- Troubleshoot problems and conduct research to provide solutions quickly
- Create reports on different tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines
- Support other Technology Services-related activities as required
- Flexibility to work varying hours in case of an incident or other business requirement
- Provide structured updates on progress
- Identify roadblocks, craft comprehensive solutions, and deliver successful outcomes

**Attributes & Background**:
Required Qualifications
- Professional level or fluency in English
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in managing M&A technology migrations in a corporate support environment
- Demonstrated experience in O365 and Azure Infrastructure resulting from companies´ acquisition activities
- Experience in setting up small-to-medium LAN environments on Meraki/Cisco technology
- Well versed in Teams Collaboration capabilities
- Well versed in Cisco/Meraki Wireless Network deployments including various authentication types
- Knowledge of Cloud-based storage systems
- Knowledge of Intune MDM functionality
- Knowledge of Tanium interaction, enforcement, and reporting modules
- Experience with FreshService or comparable ticket tracking system
- Experience collaborating with remote colleagues
- Experience collaborating with Infrastructure Engineering and Security teams
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and flexibility, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Ability to pay close attention to technical details
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- A highly motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and agile individual who shows initiative and is a strong multi-tasker
- Ability to notice the little things and trip check processes and information for compliance and accuracy
