**Carrier Sales/Dispatching Specialist**

**Ubicación**: Bogotá, Colombia

**Horario**: Lunes a viernes (Presencial: Site Centum)
**Salario**: $3.850.000 - $4.220.000 COP

**Descripción del Rol**:
En este rol, serás responsable de gestionar relaciones con transportistas, coordinar despachos eficientes y asegurar el cumplimiento de los tiempos de entrega. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de logística y ventas para optimizar rutas, costos y tiempos, garantizando un servicio de alta calidad.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Negociar tarifas y condiciones con transportistas.
- Coordinar y programar despachos diarios.
- Monitorear el cumplimiento de entregas y resolver incidencias.
- Mantener actualizada la base de datos de transportistas.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para identificar oportunidades de mejora en el servicio.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y requisitos legales.

**Requisitos**:

- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en logística y ventas.
- Ingles B2+ a C1
- Habilidades de negociación y comunicación efectiva.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y bajo presión.
- Dominio de herramientas tecnológicas relacionadas con logística.
- **Visa vigente** (requisito obligatorio).
