At Publicis Groupe, we are looking for a **Data & Analytics Project Manager** fluent in English to join our Data Analytics Hub at Publicis Global Delivery, our talent powerhouse, the global interconnected network that provide offshore & nearshore solutions for our partners - sister companies´ business worldwide.

As a **Project Manager **you will manage multiple teams and collaborate with internal and external vendors and clients to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our Data team and projects.

**Job Description**:
**Day-to-day, your role includes**:

- You will have to become the brain behind our projects, that means, that you will carry out the link between some of our agencies and the PGD team, performing tasks such as:

- Coordinate the needs of the team as well as the prioritization of activities to achieve effective results.
- Have clarity of the deliverables that the team should be responsible for and their established delivery dates.
- Keep a record of the progress that is being generated by the teams.
- Be aware of new tasks and responsibilities assigned to the team.
- Coordinate team meetings to give general updates and provide support if needed. A time to give general announcements to the team.
- Coordinate 1-1 meetings with team members to review their progress, how they are feeling and any notes for PGD.
- Coordinate individual vacation requests
- Quarterly follow ups with clients to see progress and any updates.

**Qualifications**:
**We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes**:

- Proficient in English (minimum b2 level)
- Skills in assertive communication and strategic thinking for team management, as well as the delivery of feedback.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
