**Job Description - Next Generation Builders**

**Job title**:
Construction Remote Estimator / Manager

**Location**:
Bogotá - Remote

**Terms**:
Full time
- Offer Letter “at-will”. (Independent)

Schedule from 8 am - 6 pm Pacific Standard Time/ 11 am - 8 pm Colombia

**Salary/rate**:
1.300 USD

**Requirements**:

- English B2 - C1. Fluent English
- Architect or Civil Engineer degree
- Extra attention to the details
- Outstanding customer service
- Project management experience (4 years minimum)

**About the role**:
**Managing the production of the required deliverables**. planning and monitoring the project. adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures. preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Estimate the construction project per plans.
- Draft a proposal.
- Consult potential construction clients.
- Manage the projects remotely.
- Coordinate vendors/subcontractors
- Keep the budget/Schedule updated
- Experience in building management preferred.
- Outstanding customer service skills. Customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time.
- Knowledge on different project management tools, such as Microsoft 365 or similar libraries for data entry, budgets control and other important documents.
- Positive attitude to handle the stress of unexpected challenges
- Experience managing teams of 5 people or more.

Pay: $6,000,000 per month
