**Job description**:
As a **Talent Acquisition Specialist, **you will join our Recruitment Department in **Medellín** to contribute to strengthening the growth of Mantu Group at the international level.

After the training period, you will complete the following tasks in autonomy and with the support of your Manager:
Coordination of the recruitment process:

- Help of the definition of the recruitment needs related to the knowledge of the targeted population.
- Responsible for the recruitment needs.
- Pre-Selection and interviews through phone call/event/video call, etc.
- Headhunting
- Direct approach and promotion of Mantu Group professional experiences on job boards & social medias.
- Active participation in recruitment meetings.
- Weekly reporting and BI report to analyze your activity.
- Part of the onboarding of the consultants.

Innovation, Campus & Employer branding:

- Campus Relationship, Handling relationship with top University of your area.
- Employer branding strategy definition.
- Benchmark of recruitment processes.
- Analyzes of tendencies/behaviors of the targeted population.
- Improving external recruitment contents on a specific target.

We are looking for key people in our team to help us improve the entire process of recruitment with innovative ideas and concepts.

**Ideal Profile**
- You have a Degree in Psychology, Languages, Management, Engineering or similar.
- You have at least one year in recruitment or business development, and you are interested in the Business world via the recruitment approach.
- You are curious, with a proactive mindset.
- You speak Spanish and English fluently. French is a plus.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and business development mindset would be appreciated to create and maintain qualitative relationships with your different points of contact.
- You are service-oriented and have great communication skills.
