**About the Role**
We're looking for a **Bills & Records Clerk** to join our Medellín team This position is key to managing the documentation and billing process for patients, working closely with law firms, healthcare providers, and internal departments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all records and billing data.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Generate and manage medical records and billing documentation for patients post-treatment.
Process requests from law firms and other stakeholders for records, billing, and account balances.
Communicate with internal teams (scheduling, accounting, reductions) and external providers/firms.
Ensure timely processing of all documentation, with turnaround times ranging from 7-60 days depending on the case.
Collaborate with both in-house and remote team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to handle high volumes in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Needles software experience is a plus)
2+ years of customer service experience
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
Experience with legal or medical documentation is a plus
