The Product team is looking for a Product Manager - Uforia to join our team for our Uforia Brand

The Product Manager oversees the entire product lifecycle of a set of products within a product family. He/She is responsible for identifying, leading, and managing product initiatives, stakeholders or business requirements that should improve the user experience and business goals, prioritizing engineering team’s work on features and bugs, supporting feature launch, rollout, communication processes and following the data after launch.

No challenge is too large because you are accustomed to defining and follow strong product development processes and practices covering a high volume of projects or requirements.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

- You should coordinate and continuous follow up of production teams to ensure deadlines and product performance.
- You will Collaborate with other teams to set a clear and efficient product process, product planning, prioritization, and an overall agile product development process
- You will be the main and primary point of contact between different areas, providers and stakeholders involved in a project.
- You should explore and propose new business opportunities, product projects and strategies to potentialize the digital products.
- You should create, maintain, prioritize, and sequence the team backlog according to business value and existing commitments.
- You will communicate to Leadership, and other stakeholders rollout plans, feature details and bug status updates.
- You should Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, editors, and others to develop and execute against product roadmaps and release plans.
- You should help defining strategy and product vision and the roadmap based on that vision.
- You should have the capacity to have strategic discussions with other Product owners, leaders, stakeholders, and execution team.

YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree and Specialization
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
- Experience in digital working with multidisciplinary teams for objective execution and project development. Experience in audio products is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in releasing products that meet and exceed business objectives.
- Fluency in written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA/Confluence,
- Management and knowledge of analytics tools for the understanding of metrics and results
