**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Process billing information to pay carriers.
- Must understand how to identify correct or incorrect documentation.
- Update internal tools with receipt information.
- Ensure communication is clear and detailed to avoid mistakes in the payment process or miscommunication among parties.

**Minimum requirements**:

- ** Studies**:High School Diploma is **required**. Having a Bachelor's Degree in any related field such as International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related would be a plus but not required.
- **Experience**:At least 6 months of experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, back office, logistics or related.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2+ is required.

- ** Schedule**:Sunday to Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **During the first weeks, the schedule will be Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for training. **We work by the American Calendar.**:

- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: On-site Medellin - We Work Santafe.
- **Salary**: 2.500.000 COP.
